How fast can you respond?
Within Klang Valley, our average dispatch time is 18–25 minutes. Equipment is typically delivered the same day if booked before 4pm.
Do you bill insurance directly?
We provide itemised receipts that work with most Malaysian insurers and panel hospitals. We can liaise with your provider on request.
What areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya as standard. Outstation transport (Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Pahang) by arrangement with notice.
Can I rent equipment for less than a month?
Yes — weekly rates are available for oxygen tanks. Concentrators and beds rent from one month minimum.
Are your crews licensed?
Every crew includes a Ministry-of-Health certified paramedic and a defensive-driving certified driver. Documentation available on request.
